Mitchell J. Friedman, Founder/Director

Mitchell is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Regional Director of Health Facility Management Associates with experience with the Green House nursing home care delivery model. Mitchell’s expertise includes managing therapy operations and the challenges associated with small rural nursing homes and assisted living.

Jonathan Marks, Chief Operating Officer

Jonathan is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator who has spent the majority of his career involved with skilled nursing facilities located in rural areas. He has experience working with non-traditional nursing homes, including Bent County Healthcare Center. In Jonathan’s current role as Chief Operating Officer, he oversees the operations for seven long-term care facilities. Jonathan strives to use his time and talents to make a difference in the lives of others.

Jeremy Summers, VP of Clinical Operations

Jeremy is a Prowers County native who has been working in long-term healthcare since 1996, holding positions as a CNA, Nurse, Director of Nursing, and Administrator. While working at Bent County Healthcare as the Nursing Home Administrator, he has helped the facility achieve and maintain a 5-star rating as well as EDEN certifications and Milestone 1 completions. Jeremy has a passion for integrating quality of life into the healthcare setting and understands and appreciates the concept of providing a homelike environment for the residents. He is particularly excited about the Green House Model and how it incorporates some of the principals that exist in the EDEN Model that has worked well at Bent County Healthcare center.

Gina Andujo, RN, Chief Nursing Officer

Gina is a Registered Nurse and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator who has worked in Acute Care and Long-Term Care.  She has worked in Long Term Care since 1996 as a Floor Nurse, MDS Coordinator, Quality Improvement Nurse, Staff Development Coordinator, Infection Preventionist, Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing and Nursing Home Administrator.  Gina's focus is assisting Nursing Management to improve patient care outcomes and staff morale and development.
